1. Unmarried Egyptian or Muslim Couples: As per local regulations, unmarried Egyptian couples or Muslim couples (including when only one partner is Egyptian or Muslim) are not allowed to stay together in the apartment.
 2. Parties: Hosting parties in the apartment is not permitted.
 3. Smoking: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
 4. Check-In Time: Please share your expected check-in time as soon as your booking is confirmed. This will help us ensure the apartment is clean and ready for you.
 5. Contact Information: Provide us with a valid phone number or WhatsApp number for easy communication.
 6. Identification: Guests must submit a photocopy of their passport or ID.



Important Notes:

- For last-minute bookings, kindly note that we require 3–4 hours of preparation time.

- On Fridays, there may be delays in services between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM due to Friday (Gomaa) prayers. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning accordingly.

- Any violations of the house rules can lead to booking cancelation.
